Printing Requirements:

Electronic ads should be submitted to In Business using the following specifications checklist:
MACINTOSH PLATFORM ONLY!
If using a program other than those listed below, please save the ad as a Mac format .eps file, or call us at 608-204-9655 x30.

Software supported:

• Adobe InDesign CS (please use “package” when collecting for output)
• Adobe Illustrator CS
• Adobe Photoshop CS
• QuarkXPress 6 (please use “collect for output”)
Disk types accepted: (please include a disk directory)

• CD
• DVD

PDF files:

• Ads submitted as high resolution, CMYK PDFs are accepted.
• Fonts and graphics must be embedded.

Fonts:

• POSTSCRIPT fonts only!
• ALL printer and screen fonts used should be included with the ad
• Include ALL fonts used in .eps files or convert to outlines
• Do not use applied styles for bold or italic.

Graphics:
ALL support graphics should be CMYK, 300 dpi, saved as .tif or .eps and should be sized to 100%.

E-mail:
All email submissions should be “stuffed” and cannot exceed 10 MB.

Proofs:
A PDF is a sufficient proof.
